Organic biodynamic winery in the DO Sierras de Málaga,

15 minutes from Ronda. Ancient native grape varieties —

Tintilla, Melonera, Rome — that almost disappeared and

survive almost nowhere else. 4-5 wines, artisan tapas,

barrel rooms, vineyard walk. One of the most

distinctive wineries in southern Spain.
