Our food adventure navigates Ho Chi Minh City’s District 3 to discover street food heroes who have been serving up hot suppers for generations. From crispy taro khoai môn chiên cakes, to Michelin-rated grilled beef wrapped in lolot leaves. We'll slurp on rich, flavourful bánh canh cua crab noodle soup, dunked with Chinese crullers, and savour fresh razor clams stir-fried with crunchy morning glory.
