Embark on a small-group day trip to discover the Sancerre region, accompanied by a wine expert guide.
After hotel pick-up in Paris, enjoy a comfortable drive with a freshly baked croissant while your guide shares the history and traditions of Sancerre.
Start at a well-known winery, explore the cellars, learn about production, and enjoy your first tasting. Discover the three famous terroirs: Les Calcaires, Les Terres Blanches, and Les Silex.
Take a short drive through the vineyards and stop at a viewpoint to taste a glass of wine while learning about vine growing and vineyard work.
A typical French lunch is served at a family-run winery, featuring local products such as the region’s Crottin de Chavignol cheese, and paired with local wines.
In the afternoon, visit a second winery to taste more wines, including options from nearby appellations like Pouilly-Fumé.

- The visited wineries may vary depending on availability and can be changed based on your preferences and requests, please contact us to arrange any special visits (special visits may affect prices).
- Wine Passport reserves the right to cancel tours where the minimum (4 travelers) is not reached; an alternative or full refund will be offered.
- Please let us know if you are joining our Winedays tour with others who booked separately, so we can make sure you are all grouped together.
- Your pickup time will be confirmed by email 24 hours prior to your departure, so please check your spam if you don't see it after 5pm
- Caves and wine cellars are usually quite cold and damp (45°F/10°C), so please remember to bring warm clothes.
