This guided Secret Cocktail Experience takes you beyond the city’s busy streets and into four remarkable venues — each revealing a different layer of the capital’s creative spirit. Your evening begins at a 120-year-old traditional house, where your first handcrafted cocktail captures the harmony of heritage and innovation. From there, wander through the Old Quarter’s alleyways to a craft spirits shop showcasing locally made Vietnamese liquors and head to an apartment transformed into a bar by its owner. The experience will finish in a modern mixology venue known for experimental techniques. Each stop features exclusive, off-menu drinks created just for the guests by Hanoi’s most passionate bartenders. Along the way, your host will share stories about the city’s fast-growing cocktail culture and its mix of old-world charm and modern creativity. Cocktail tour excellence

This is our third Vietnam cocktail tour and we love them. Our guide Mai was very personable and easy to talk to about her experiences and knowledge. We love going to the out of the hole in the wall type venues that we wouldn’t find on our own. The managers are great at explaining the creations and we love chatting to them. Our favourites this time were Nê and Leo’s. Nam at Leo’s was happy to talk to us about his creations and methods. Highly recommend both or the tour in general.

A great way to see Secret Hanoi bars

A great way to see parts of Hanoi you might not see by yourself. The cocktails were amazing and we enjoyed the variety of bars we went to. Trung gave a little history on each bar. Thao, the trainee guide was excellent and will make a good guide. Both spoke excellent English and we enjoyed their company way past the " finishing" time at the last bar.

Take a Sip of Vietnam

I really enjoyed this experience walking thru new parts of OQ and exploring. Having been in Hanoi these last two years as an expat, I was thrilled to visit these hidden gems and taste a variety of cocktails. Highly recommend as a low key but fun adventure right in the middle of the city.
