Sherry is not only a drink but an experience. Guided tour to discover both the vineyard and the wine cellars. So we learn first hand everything about the production of Sherry Wine and Sherry Vinegar. Of course, we also take time to taste these wines, preferably straight from the barrel. This tour is designed only for small groups – I prefer a familiar atmosphere.

Let me take you into the fascinating world of the unique Sherry wines, in a very special winery, in the middle of a vineyard! You discover with me one of my favorite bodegas and its vineyard. We start between the grapevines, with stunning views and see where the Sherry comes from. Then we explore the wine cellars, where it is aged to finally enjoy and comment on 5 different Sherry wines, from the pale straw yellow and absolutely dry Fino to the dark and very sweet Pedro Ximénez. All this totally relaxed there between the venerable casks. You will find out everything about the making of these wonderful and varied wines, directly on-site, a magical world you can touch and in a familiar atmosphere. Immerse yourself in a world of traditions and emotions, of aromas and tastes: an unforgettable experience for the senses!

Toller Abend in einer Bodega

Wir hatten einen entspannten Abend in einer kleinen Bodega etwas außerhalb von Jerez. Es war als würde man im Freundeskreis ein paar leckere Sherries probieren und dabei nett plaudern. Dazu gab's von Andreas viel Informatives zum Weinanbau und zur Herstellung des Sherries. Das hatte definitiv nichts mit den Massenveranstaltungen der großen Bodegas zu tun und ich möchte allen diese "Entdeckung" weiterempfehlen!!!!
