Israel was passionate about the subject and led a fantastic sherry wine tasting as an external provider at our hotel in central Seville. Sadly the acoustics in the room made it difficult but not impossible. Not Israel’s problem - the problem was the room. We all learned a lot and were taken on a journey through sherry production of different types - great experience.

The host had an exceptional knowledge of sherry and its production. Very interesting and informative. Good quantity of sampling and great pairing of olives, cheese etc. Very well worth doing.
