Tired of tours where the most exciting part is the bus air conditioning? Our East Slovakia Whisky & Spirit Distillery Tour is a delicious escape from the ordinary! What makes it truly unique is the perfect (and slightly absurd) blend of raw mountain majesty and refined liquid craftsmanship.
We start by leaving the majestic High Tatras behind, trading breathtaking rock formations for a day of equally impressive bottle formations. First, we visit Karloff, the home of Tatratea—a Slovak liquid legend that's basically a herbal hug in a bottle. You'll learn the folklore and feel the magic.
Then, for lunch, we don't go to a boring cafe. We refuel at Salaš u Franka, a rustic shepherd’s hut that serves food designed to be a culinary reset button.
The grand finale is Nestville Park, a genuine Slovak whisky wonderland. This isn’t a quick drive-by; it’s a full deep-dive into the secrets of distillation, culminating in a tasting that will turn you from a tourist into a connoisseur.
