Join our HANDS-ON cooking class in the heart of Bilbao where you will learn how to cook the most iconic dishes of Basque Country. You will cook 2-3 starters, 2 mains and dessert. The menu keeps changing depending on what is available in the market. Maximum 12 people per class to keep the classes unique, personalized and fun Open wine bar (we are part of Gastronomía Bilbao, the biggest and more complete wine bar of Bilbao)

Fun and informative dive into local food culture

Mikel is a great chef and teacher. He made us all comfortable and provided interesting information about the Basque culture, ingredients and techniques. I highly recommend this unique experience to anyone with an interest in food and cooking!

Outstanding, 10* experience

I went to this cooking class with my mum & we had THE BEST time. Mikel (who spoke fluent english) made an enormous amount of effort to integrate the group & ensure we were all chatting away in no time. The drinks were flowing & the time flew by! Not only did I love the attention to detail with knife skills, we were given the history behind the dishes too & of course, we all got to sit together and eat all of them. Yum!

Food experience extraordinaire!

This was a great experience! Not only did we learn to cook we also learned about the great food that we were eating. The kitchen was clean and well organized and the Chef was knowledgeable and fun. The Gilda Pintxos was our favorite. You cannot miss if you book this experience.
