Meet your host directly at Osteria nel Cortile, our partner restaurant located in the heart of Sorrento, near Sorrento Train Station. You'll be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine before watching a live mozzarella-making demonstration by a skilled cheesemaker.
Then, enjoy a guided tasting of fresh local cheeses, including mozzarella, ricotta, stracciata, Provolone del Monaco and other regional specialties, paired with White or Red wine, local cured meats, honey, lemon marmalade and a final glass of limoncello. Learn about Campania's dairy traditions while tasting authentic flavors in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Amazing experience
Wonderful food, great wines, wonderful staff and a terrific demonstration. There was a ton of food, so much fun with the friendly staff, and we learned a lot about mozzarella making. Our best experience so far through Viator.

Great location. Leonardo was a great host! The staff was fantastic as they served us bruschetta, cheeses, and meats and showed us how to make mozzarella cheese. They served excellent wines and were very personable! We will be back!
