What You’ll Experience

In her sunny Parisian home, you will receive hands-on instruction in making a traditional French dish, in a small class size of up to 6 guests. Afterward, indulge in a delicious 3-course 'brasserie' lunch. Under Françoise's guidance and attention to detail, learn the secrets of making the famous French cheese soufflé. Enjoy a glass of champagne and a delicious Androuet cheese board while you cook, making the experience all the more enjoyable. After the class, take a seat at her dining table to enjoy your soufflé, along with a starter and dessert that Françoise has expertly prepared for you. This 3-course brasserie-style lunch won't leave you hungry! Want to recreate the recipes at home?
