You will have a chance to participate in the market trip to buy ingredients and prepare and cook your food. You just need to bring an empty stomach with a positive attitude. The guide/host has a wealth of experience in preparing local Swahili dishes. You have an option of vegetarian dishes as well. This will be captured when you book. The cooking experience as well as eating will give you a chance to ask so many questions regarding the locals, how they live and how and used to live pre-modernity. The trip to the market is an exceptional experience that allows you to co-create your experience. You will have a chance to demonstrate your cooking prowess and skill through this expereince

After our market adventure, we'll return to the host's home, either walking through the village or opting for a convenient tuk-tuk ride, depending on your preference. In the warmth of the kitchen, you'll learn the secrets of Kenyan cooking as we prepare the selected dish. Whether you're a culinary novice or an experienced chef, this hands-on experience offers something for everyone. Choose between two enticing options for your dinner package: the basic package includes a protein, carbohydrate, and vitamin, while the big package offers an expanded selection to tantalize your taste buds. After the cooking session, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the delicious flavors and sharing stories with our gracious host.
