We will meet guests from the Frederiksted Cruise Ship Pier, at Molly's Dive Shop. The driver will meet you with a sign that says Great Exploration Tours. Your pick-up for the tour is thirty minutes prior to the start of class. Please have your phones on to so driver may contact you.

Bleu is the Best

Chef Erika was amazing. My daughter and I learned a lot about chocolate: health benefits, natural ingredients, making from bean to bar, how to read labels for bean to bar chocolate once we're home, and much more! She was engaging and the tasting was incredible. Hands down the best chocolate we've ever tasted. Upon her recommendations, we went next door to Crucian Gold and had a blast buying there and then to Crucian Cafe for drinks where we swung back by on our way out of town to try Bleu's bake...read more

A chocolate lovers dream class.

I thought Chocolate was Chocolate until we took this class. We had a wonderful time learning about chocolate and tasting many ways to use chocolate. Chef Erika was so informative and her Chocolate was absolutely wonderful! I'd do her class again and certainly will be an avid customer when she is able to ship to the United States!

Lots of sweets. If you...

Lots of sweets. If you can't handle it don't go. Kind of cool inside also, bring a light jacket. The history presentation is excellent as well as the treats.
