This small-group walking tour weaves through Old Town's alleyways and courtyards for 7 tastings that trace Swedish food from its coastal roots to its sweetest finish.
Start with golden-fried herring and knäckebröd, then try toast skagen, prawn toast piled with mayo, sour cream, dill and roe, alongside creamy potatoes with lingonberries and cucumber. Watch a candy shop craft artisanal peppermint sweets by hand, sample a classic Swedish cheese at a cosy local haunt, and finish with prinsesstårta, Sweden's iconic cloud-soft princess cake.
