The street food tour starts by walking around the maze of bustling streets called Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You will stand a chance to try several Hanoi traditional dishes such as: Pho, Banh Cuon, Banh Xeo (Cripsy Cake), Sweet Dumpling..etc, which absolutely tempt your tastebuds at the first taste. Then, local guide take you to “Banh Mi” that is sold in hidden street food restaurants, which actually makes it unique. It is consists of different ingredients as grilled meats, fried eggs, pate with fresh vegetables and flavorsome sauces. Ending your Hanoi street food tour with Egg Coffee is a perfect dessert choice. It is definitely a must-try drink when visiting Hanoi though its name sounds weird at first. The combination of strong black coffee with whipping egg yolk, sugar and condensed milk creates a creamy and sweet taste with no hint of egg.
