Experience two of San Sebastian's most iconic traditions in one unforgettable morning: surfing at Zurriola Beach and discovering the city through its famous pintxos. Start with a small-group surf lesson led by a local instructor, with all equipment included and no previous experience required. After surfing, change and head into San Sebastian to enjoy a carefully selected pintxos tour with food and drinks included. With a maximum of 6 guests, this is a personal, relaxed experience designed to show you San Sebastian like a local — from the waves of Zurriola to some of our favourite pintxos bars.

Pintxo in the shape of a Basque taco, made with talus and filled with begihaundi —chipirón — battered with kimchi and micromezclum. To eat it, roll it up.

Basque Torrija

Similar to a French toast but creamier. The torrija is usually served juicy inside and slightly caramelized outside.

Fabulous first surf and tasty bites!

It was a wonderful day. Sergio was very generous with him time both as a surf instructor (for this beginner!) and with local knowledge about the best pintxos places and things to try. It was the perfect mix of activity and culture / taste. It's like getting the insider experience.

We had the best time at...

We had the best time at the surf lesson and pintxos tour! Sergio is a great surf instructor, and our group was small to allow for more one on one instruction. For the pintxos portion we loved getting to try things we likely wouldn’t have tried on our own and seeing some local places we hadn’t been to yet. Overall a great experience, we highly recommend booking!!

The BEST day!

Truly the perfect day in San Sebastián! Sergio was an amazing surf instructor and pintxos guide. The surfing was a blast, the food and drinks were incredible, and the conversation throughout the day made the experience unforgettable. Easily one of the most unique experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
