All the ingredients come from their family farm and they are professionally trained chefs. About your hosts: "We are Alessandro and Claudia, in love with cooking, good food and ... each other. We both grew up in families where the passion for cooking is an act of love, a moment to take care of loved ones. Alessandro and Claudia are winners of the TV show "Cortesie per gli ospiti" for the best hospitality, food, and location.
