An experience designed for foodies travelers who want to know and taste Santiago through its gastronomy and history. The tour begins in La Vega Central, the culinary heart of the city, with a tasting of seasonal fruits and preparations of Chilean cuisine, while discovering the products that shape the local identity.
Then we head to the historic center, where we combine culture and history with a visit to the Fernández Concha Portal. There we will observe and taste the traditional Chilean sandwich shop, with classics such as the complete, true icon of urban food in the country.
The experience continues with a tasting of typical Chilean drinks, such as clery and burgundy, and ends with a tasting of seafood and wine in the modern urban market of Tobalaba, reflecting the current Santiago and its contemporary gastronomic scene.
