Good to Know

Start the morning with a tour around the Tanna Coffee Factory, where the smell of coffee fills the air. Seeing how the coffee is processed from raw to finished product Hop into the air-conditioned bus and drive through the local golf course and village to get to Hideaway, which is only a 15-minute drive. Across to Hideaway, you go on the ferry, where you can snorkel from the beach and find yourself a Nemo and Dory. Hideaway Island is home to the Underwater Post Office, where you can post your own letter or just enjoy the view. Food and drinks can be purchased from the restaurant, which offers a variety of options. A 40-minute drive will get you to Blue Lagoon, where you can relax while enjoying a fresh fruit platter for afternoon tea prepared by our staff. Back into town for a duty-free stop to grab whatever is on your shopping list!

Tanna Coffee

Start the morning with a tour around the Tanna Coffee factory where Vanuatu’s local coffee is produced. The staff will give you an insightful view into ‘The secrets of the humble bean that is enjoyed by so many, but understood by so few’. Watch and learn as the staff take you on a once-in-a-lifetime journey from the ‘Tree to the Cup’ process. With the Cafe situated at the factory, you will have an opportunity to taste the local products and purchase any coffee as a take-home.

Exceptional service and experience

We booked before we came on our cruise from a recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. We were shown the sights by Sai and Thor who made our trip even more enjoyable. Thor gave us local information whilst we drove from one spot to another. Thor was kind and very happy and joking with us. Sai was extremely considerate and thoughtful and their service was exceptional. Hideaway island was fantastic snorkelling and was my favourite spot however the whole experience was fantastic. Taste sea and swim

Tour driver Thor was friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had . Lunch and morning tea provided , local produce was delicious. Tana coffee factory and blue lagoon a highlight
