• Thai cooking classes conducted by VJ, an ideal home-style learning environment that is different from other cooking classes and hotels which offer the courses.
• Visit the local market. Thai markets with all their colors smells and sounds will give you an authentic look into a very interesting part of Thai culture. You will also learn about different Thai vegetables and herbs.
• Learn the essential skills and techniques you can use every day! Thai cooking will be very simple and taught in very easy steps so it would be easier for you to cook yourselves at home.
• Make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Mortar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready-made ones from the market)Also as a part of our cooking
• Learn how to make from scratch some of the most well known favorite Thai 3-4 dishes. You will gain a very all-round knowledge of Thai cooking and dine on your creations after the class.
