During this experience, taste 5 emblematic wines of our House, carefully selected to reveal all the richness of the Alsatian terroirs. An assortment of gourmet bites will highlight the flavors of our region: pretzel, selection of Alsace cheeses and Bibeleskaes verrine. A simple, generous and authentic moment to share as a couple, with friends or family, to discover the agreements between wines and Alsatian specialties in a warm setting. This experiment includes: - Commented tasting of 5 wines - Traditional gratinated pretzel - Selection of Alsatian cheeses. - Verrine de Bibeleskaes. Presentation of the estate and its family history.
