Experience a very special gin tasting. In our tasting room with a view of the copper still in which we distil our gin, you can taste our entire gin range and get to know the people behind Gin Eva. Exciting insights and background stories guaranteed. Here you can talk, ask questions and laugh. After the tasting you can look forward to a surprise cocktail.

At Gin Eva we have been distilling for more than 10 years. Our understanding of gin is closely linked to the Mediterranean lifestyle and we want to share our passion with everyone who wants to know more and, above all, enjoy it. All attendees taste 5 of our gins as we explain how and why we started distilling, where the differences in gin lie and where the journey of the whole gin category is headed in the future. A surprise cocktail awaits you at the end of the rehearsal and we take the opportunity to share how to make cocktails at home in a simple, practical and fun way with utensils that we all have. The Gin Eva experience includes a guided tasting of 5 gins, an introduction to the origins of the gin and the ins and outs of Gin Eva, and a surprise cocktail tasting. You will receive information on how to prepare and present different cocktails at home. Water, quelitas, chips and olives for snacking are included.

We can be found right at the entrance to Llucmajor's industrial area. The Casa Eva logo and the Gin Eva star can already be seen from the roundabout. You can park in the yard or on the street. "Tasting Room" is written in large letters above the tasting room.

Authentic gin experience with heart

The gin tasting right in the distillery was simply great! We were there with friends/family and had a super relaxed and casual atmosphere from the start. It was exciting to see where and how the gin is made, and the stories behind it made the whole thing even more special. The gins were all really delicious and varied, and you could tell how much passion goes into it. We had a really fantastic experience! From the first moment we were received with a lot of warmth, which makes you feel welcome immediately. The whole event was perfectly organized, cared for down to the smallest detail and designed in a very attractive way. You can tell the passion behind it.
