Then, we’ll get hands-on with the dough, making empanadas from scratch—kneading, rolling, and shaping them just as my grandmother taught me. You can choose between the classic beef filling or a veggie option, and I’ll show you how to seal them with the traditional repulgue. We’ll pair the experience with a delicious Malbec, and for dessert, we’ll make exquisite alfajorcitos filled with dulce de leche.
