Before you start cooking class you will be brought to the local market to walk around the market in order to look for fresh ingredients for the dishes and taking new experience of your life as the newest shopper and pre-cooker in Khmer Cuisine Style. To learn about the valued technique and tactics Khmer Cooking Class included Khmer Salad and Tom Yum and the famous Fish Amok to be organized by the folk specialist of Khmer Chef and try to cook by yourself.
