Join this fascinating tour to learn about the process of chocolate production in a typical chocolate factory near Turin.


You will visit a chocolate production laboratory, where you will learn about the entire chocolate-making process, starting from the roasting of cocoa beans to the creation of their signature gianduiotto (chocolate bonbon made with IGP hazelnuts from Piemonte), which is carefully tempered, extruded and handcrafted.


During the tour, you will gain insights into the techniques and craftsmanship that go into making high-quality chocolate, made with the finest and most prized varietals of cocoa beans.


To wrap up this experience, indulge in a tasting session featuring our unique handcrafted gianduiotto, as well as single-origin chocolate samples with three different origins and cocoa percentages. You will also have the opportunity to sample one of our luscious spreadable creams.
