We have taken several pasta making classes and we found this one to be the most educational, interesting and helpful. We learned new techniques and used different ingredients for making the pasta. This class definitely made pasta making something we want to do more of at home. Flavio was interesting, funny, knowledgeable and more than willing to share his knowledge. We highly recommend this class. And the food and wine were delicious!

This was a fantastic cooking class; there are so many to choose from, we are so happy we chose this one! This was a truly “hands on” class; each person had their own station, own ingredients and utensils. The cooking space was open and well lit. The chef explained everything step by step, and each person made every part of the meal. We made ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu. Abbiamo partecipato a una cooking class per un’attività di team building aziendale e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente.
