We will walk you through the science and skill behind mashing, fermentation, and pot distillation, and give a behind-the-scenes look at how Kings County Distillery became NYC’s oldest distillery since Prohibition. Next, step into our barrel room and breathe in the angel’s share as you uncover how oak transforms clear spirit into rich, flavorful whiskey. Wrap it all up with a guided tasting featuring four of our signature whiskeys, including one of our harder-to-find gems. Duration is approximately 75 minutes —just enough time to turn you into a true whiskey aficionado.

Kings County Distillery

Take a guided tour in our company the oldest whiskey distillery in New York City since prohibition. Take a deep dive into the rich history of whiskey and how it helped shape America. Get an in depth look at the science and magic of mashing, fermentation and pot distillation. Take in the angel's share in our barrel room and find out how the spirit is mellowed by the oak while it picks up all its color and develops deeper flavors. **The tour ends with a tasting of four of our products**
