With our cooking class you have the chance to learn how to cook Tortellini in a homely atmosphere, with Mamma Ivana! You can make your tortellini from scratch and taste your creations at the end of the lessons.

What You’ll Experience

Tortellini, also called "Love knots", is the traditional dish in the area. At our place is Mamma Ivana who teaches you the tricks of the trade. The lesson is made of a short explanation of the traditional dish: tortellini. Then you will learn all the ingredients, how to stretch the pasta, how is the meat filling and how to create the perfect Love Knot. After the lesson, you can sit down in our restaurant and enjoy your tortellini +water+glas of wine+ home-made Sbrisolona tart as a dessert.
