Los Dos Templos

The square of the two temples was an old Franciscan monastery founded in 1540. Unfortunately, during the reform war in 1859, it was bombed and destroyed. The two temples that were inside the monastery are preserved.

Nueve Esquinas

The neighborhood of the 9 corners is one of the oldest in the center, founded by indigenous and mestizo communities. It became famous for the "Birria," a goat stew that is a tradition in Guadalajara. There is the last Cantina of the tour.

They should add the forest saloon, it is an incredible cantina in the American colony. Everything else was very good

Fernando was super knowledge and engaging on his knowledge about Jalisco and Mexican history. He took us to 3 quaint cantinas and ensured we experienced the specialties. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

El tour está muy bien guiado por Fernando. De otra manera tal vez no hubiera ido a esas cantinas ni conocido toda la historia detrás. Vale mucho la pena la verdad, lo recomiendo!!!
