This is a hands on activity....for the ones that enjoying the different flavours is time to enjoy a proper GREEK cooking class...pure fresh ingredients most of them of our own production , a cook with a full life experience of 30 plus years , cooking for the one of the most iconic and traditional restaurants /vineyards in RHODES island will teach you all the secrets of the Greek kitchen. Let's meet up and cook and enjoy in a relaxing atmosphere the flavors of Rhodes.... event takes in a small family run wine estate, famous for it's family atmosphere and it's unique people.
Don't forget that this activity also includes wine tasting from our own wine production straight from the vineyards..

Greek Cooking Class and Wine tasting in Rhodes. Enjoy this 2 in 1 experience and taste our locally produced wine from our own vineyards and take part in this unique and authentic Greek cooking class in Rhodes.
Greek COOKING Class in RHODES
We will start this Greek Cooking class and wine tasting tour by taking a tour through the vineyards explaining our cultivation methods and process.
We will then head to the outdoor bar to have an in-depth wine tasting while we discuss oenological methods we employ.
Afterwards, we appeal to your appetite by starting the cooking class, where participation is optional but usually is super fun.
At the end of the cooking part, you can sit down at our restaurant area overlooking the vineyards, where you are served a multi course tapas style meal. We call them ”MEZE” and we feel they follow the theme of discovering Greek cuisine and giving plenty of opportunity to pair the different wines of our production.
and once done You will have a full table to enjoy the Greek Flavors with our unlimited wine!
After the meal, we will invite you indoors where we stage our distillery, describe our distillation methods taste of our local pressed grape distillate

Fun, Relaxed, and Memorable Experience
We had such a great time at this wine tasting and cooking class. Jason, the son of the vineyard owners, was fantastic. Be ready for his deadpan humor. Once you catch on, it is hilarious. They were very accommodating. We actually showed up a day early by mistake and he still took care of us. He started with a really thorough explanation of the vineyard and Greek wines. Wine tour and tasting
We had a very enjoyable day but this is not a cooking class. It is about wine, wine tasting, a short cooking demo and a very nice lunch. Again it was fun. Enjoyed the wines but it is not a cooking class.

A feast for your palette!
The food was amazing,, we learned some cooking techniques and a lot about the vineyard and wine making in Greece. A family owned winery. With the visit. Use Google maps, Apple Maps got us lost and we were 15 minutes late.

Highly recommended. this was more wine tasting than cooking, but both were followed by a superb lunch of an array of dishes.
