Discover Goa and immerse yourself in southern Indian delicacies.


The best Indian cuisines are homemade, you'll be with local women in our project, located in a small village community of Anjuna. You will discover local flavours, aromas, learn about the Indian food culture and ayurvedic properties of spices in a full 6 dish seafood menu.


Please note that the class is prepared quite traditionally, be prepared to sit on the floor. If a chair is required, please let one of the ladies know.


Mineral water is used for the preparations and served to the guests.


WE USE SEAFOOD IN THE PREPARATIONS. For any dietary requirements or allergies, please advise.

What You’ll Experience

Project Tres is an initiative to amplify and promote the economic development of women in India and Kenya. We started the cooking classes project, and we are very excited about it. This project is a work in progress, and we are still learning and improving our processes. But please bare with us, we are great cookers and will do our best to provide you with the best experience possible. This class teaches you how to cook traditional Goan food with aromatic, ayurvedic spices. All the dishes are made with fresh local ingredients from scratch. Project Tres values responsible tourism activities. Each cooking class contributes directly to the local community and women in the project. Please be open about cultural differences, cooking methods and species used may differ from what you are used to. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know, SEAFOOD IS USED IN THE PREPARATIONS. We use mineral water for preparations and to serve our guests. On average, this experience will take approximately 3h, and you will cook a 6 dish menu. We are looking forward to meeting you :)
