Unlike classic tours of a few hours, this experience is spread over two days, combining overnight stay on the estate, truffle hunting and Tuscan cooking class — a route that allows you to experience the territory in depth, without haste.
The truffle hunter and chef are local professionals: participants learn to recognize the signs of the forest, to work with the truffle dog and to transform the harvest into traditional dishes. The truffle found in the woods ends up directly on the table.
