What You’ll Experience

Your experience takes place in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, in the heart of the Maremma, where Antonio and his wife, Christina, live with their two dogs, Larry and Cora, in a typical, rustic countryside home surrounded by grain fields and the sound of nature. During your 2 hour hands-on Italian cooking class in Tuscany learn to make two dishes from scratch. Learn to make fresh pasta and sauce from scratch. Start your Tuscan cooking class with a walk around the garden to explore the vegetables and fruits grown by Antonio and Christina. You will even forage a few fresh ingredients to use in your cooking class. You may learn to cook stuffed maremmano tortelli or tagliatelle in tomato sauce or ragu or potato gnocchi. After cooking, sit down to share the meal you helped prepare, served with tiramisu and a glass of local wine.
