Authentic indian food expierience
Booked the cooking class spontanously in the morning for the same day, it was no problem. If you have food wishes let them know in advance, they're happy to fulfill them ;)
Cooking and talking with Shobha was very nice. It was so interesting to get an inside into the indian way of cooking. Now I know why the food here is so amazing. Best memories in India
He was a very nice teacher.
My family was kind and I loved them.
He taught me various Indian dishes attentively.
And they were all delicious!
I was so impressed that I want to come back to Varanasi next year.
I really recommend it.

Amazing cooking experience
The cooking class was an amazing experience! The family welcommed me warmly in their home and Shobha is a very lovely person, who showed and explained everything. She was patient with my rather poor cooking skills and we had a lot to laugh while cooking. The food was fresh and delicious and it was very nice eating together with the family. I recommend this cooking class to everyone. It is not just about cooking, but also to get to know about India and to spend pleasent time with nice people :)

One of the highlights of our trip!
We had the best time in this cooking class. We were on an Intrepid tour and did this during our free time. It was at her house. Indu was the sweetest. It started with tea and cookies. Then we cooked and ate a delicious dinner. We were leaving on a night train after class, and she was nice enough to prepare food for everyone on the train. I definitely recommend it.

Indian cuisine experience (^^♪
From Assi Ghat, through the grounds of Varanasi Hindu University, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the teacher's house.
The lesson is in the kitchen of a house.
The lesson is in English, but if you can speak a little English, I think you'll be fine.
The teacher, Shoba, is very cheerful and kind, and I was able to enjoy the lesson.
