Our guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the area. The wines, cheeses, and meats we sampled were all delicious.

A taste of Varenna
Nadia was an excellent tour guide. As a local of Varenna, she was super informative and well versed in the history of the region. The food & wine tasting was the highlight for us. It was a great tour. Very relaxed. Nadia was friendly and relaxed. We also loved that she went the extra mile and dressed in her local traditional costume.

Great introduction to Varenna with food & wine!!!
Great introduction to Varenna. We took this tour on our first day and was so glad we did. Nadia was excellent. She really wants you to have a wonderful experience in her city. She knew we had a boat tour an hour after the food tour. She extended our tour by 45 minutes and took us right to the boat pier.

Experience Varenna through the eyes of a local.
Nadia is authentically from Varenna. It was wonderful walking the streets with her as she greeted friends and neighbors. The food, the wine, the scenery, the history, the people, and her personal stories were second to none! Every scenic corner took our breath away!

Great way to start your lake vacation
Great way to start your Varenna visit! Nadia is fun and informative and gave us a good overview and insight into the history of Varenna and the lake. The wine tasting was amazing, and we would go back to this shop.
