We will discover together the recipes of ancient vegetarian dishes in Italy, and we will taste together various vegan and vegetarian dishes. Discovering the enormous variety of Italian vegetables. But not only! We will make pizzas and focaccias with ancient flours and fresh pasta too!

In my place, an ancient venue in the heart of Venice you can have a vegetarian/vegan cooking class with the amazing vegetables coming from the local market of Venice ( and unlimited wine). Let's go shopping (or i can provide just a cooking class) in Rialto market and go to my place to prepare fresh and healthy food. We can taste home made wine, prepare pasta, focaccia, pizza and thousands of different dishes. I can prepare a cooking class based on whatever you wish! From the recipes taught to me by my grandmother in our old tavern to new variations to savor all the goodness of our products. It will be a journey from the high mountains of the Venice region to the islands of the Lagoon. We'll prepare a dessert with the most sweet fruits of the market. Welcome to Eataly!
