Experience Details

A word about the experience:

Upon arrival there will be small snacks and a drinks provided, then herbs and vegetables will be collected from the gardens. Aprons will be put on and an entire meal will be prepared together. In three hours, an appetizer will be made and then the pasta, made traditionally with wholemeal flour and semolina eggs or water, entirely by hand with the help of a rolling pin.


Stuffed ravioli and fettuccine or lasagna and capellini or strozzapreti, can be prepared on request alongside gnocchi. Different sauces for the pasta will be made too! A second vegetable-based dish will be put together and dessert will conclude the afternoon.

Ravioli with ricotta and spinach OR or lasagna with artichokes
OR fettuccine courgettes and saffron OR spaghetti with aromatic herbs, and burrata stracciatella OR spaghetti with cheese and pepper

Eggplant parmigiana OR thistle flan OR topinanbur puree and fried artichokes
OR tripe omelette with tomato and mint and pecorino cheese OR selection of local cheeses with homemade jams
DESSERT
Sorbet with our fruit OR or custard with strawberries and homemade biscuit

Made ravioli, fettuccine and chocolate cake with Claudia and Angela. So much fun! Food was fantastic! Bruno’s musical talent was a bonus! A very enjoyable day in the country!
