Meet your local and professional guide to cook a real Paella in a virtual activity. You will cook together with your guide a Valencia Paella at home. We will share with you one week in advance the recipe for the paella so you will have time to buy all the proper ingredients for the activity day.
On this class you will follow all the steps needed and you will learn the history about the paella and why it was originated in Valencia.
A very enjoyable 90min to be shared with your family or friends. Learn how to cook the most iconic Spanish dish Paella.

You have to buy the ingredients before the activity
You will meet a Valencian family born in Valencia so you will learn the real recipe from the place where the paella was originated. Get ready all the ingredients that we would have mentioned some days before, you will get information about the history dish and then let's cook!! First steps is to stir the meet, then the vegetables and finally the rice with the water or soup. You can choose either meet paella, vegetables paella or fish paella.
