8:20am: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An The guide will take you to a local market to tell you about the main ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine and choose the fresh ingredients for the cooking class. This is also one of the highlights of the tour where you can gain an insight into Vietnamese herbs and spices. After the market trip, the car will take you back to Cam Thanh Coconut village. Then transferring to a unique bamboo basket boat to explore the beauty of Bay Mau coconut forest also called the Mekong Delta in the heart of Hoi an. Especially, while the guide show you how to pound and separate rice, grind rice to make rice milk, and make rice paper, you will have the chance to experience traditional Vietnamese cultural tools like a stone mortar and grinder, wooden pestle… -You will learn how to cook and enjoy your own dishes with authentic local ingredients, selected and cooked by yourself -Enjoy what you cooked 1:00 pm: Return your hotel.

Great morning learning to cook Vietnamese

This cooking school experience was fantastic. It was well run and everything was fully explained. My husband doesn't cook but was well looked after by the host, and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience. also have to mention .. the food was delicious !!!

We loved every second of this experience and the food was so delicious. You get to do a market tour to buy the ingredients, then a boat trip and then you make and eat 2 starters and 2 mains. Our instructor Kieu was incredible! Can’t recommend enough

An Unforgettable Cooking Experience with Tran

We had an amazing time! Our tour guide, Tran, was incredibly friendly, informative, and a pleasure to be around. We loved learning about Vietnamese cuisine—from how rice is transformed into noodles to the cooking process itself. The hands-on experience was so much fun, and the food we made was absolutely delicious.
