Good to Know

With the help of our native host, you'll discover the unique flavors of local cooking while learning about traditional ways of life. As part of this class, you will visit Tra Que Vegetable Village, one of traditional village in hoi An for overs 300 years and explore Hoi An Local Market to see a crowded and bustling morning market. You'll communicate with local traders, learn how to bargain and select the best fresh ingredients with good quality for your meal. Afterwards, joining a class to cook 4 different local dishes by handing on cooking yourself. With the guide of our local humorous chefs, they'll transfer all knowledge, cooking skills and offer you the best experience in this class. Make sure we won't make you disappointed. Lunch

Cooking class in half a day is included transportation, English guide/Chef, entrance tickets of Tra Que Vegetable Village, Lunch, Drink (1 Bottle of water, 1 beer/1 Soft drink, welcome drink), Dessert

Other drinks are excluded such as wine, juice, smoothies, lassies and cocktails.

8:15am - 8:30am : Local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An and then visit Tra Que Traditional Vegetable Village. You'll learn different kinds of the organic local herbs, see the daily farmer work, try to be a farmer and enjoy tea in the atmosphere there. 10am: Take you to Local Market to see a crowded and bustling morning market. You'll communicate with local traders, learn how to bargain and select the best fresh ingredients with good quality for your meal. 11:00am: Take you to Cooking House and enjoy the welcome drinks. Afterwards, Attend a cooking class and learn how to cook Vietnamese Food & valuable cooking skills from our local guide. Handing on cooking by yourself and enjoy all dishes you cooked. 13:30 -14:00: finish class and return to your hotel.

Faifoo Restaurant VN Cooking class in Hoi An — YES!

Sublime! A must do in Hoi An. If you love to cook and eat, please book this experience. So yummy — and we made it all ourselves! Such fun! The chef instructing us was so gosh and nice and spoke perfect English. Also such a great value! We all were so so happily full when we left. YES!

Enthusiastic about food, excited about the course

We ate in the restaurant in the evening and spontaneously decided to go for the cooking class because we were so enthusiastic about the food. We were not disappointed;) The tour of the Vegetable Village was very informative and our guide and cooking course instructor Ngoc brought us closer to life there in humorous white. Fantastic tour & cooking workshop!

We had a fantastic tour of the farm with a nice explanation of everything that grew there. Then we walked with Ngoc through the local market to get fresh products for cooking. Then we started cooking extensively, including springrolls, rice pancakes, grilled fish and fried eggplant (as are also on the menu in the restaurant). Great experience with poor follow up

Loved the experience of learning about the fresh produce and cooking vietnamese food. However I am still waiting for my photos and the recipes. The guide asked me to use the qr code. All I get is a request for my credit card. Not doing thay
