We suggest an original and exciting visit, during which you will visit some hidden corners and monuments of the city, which have been the "scenic scenes" of blood stories, intrigues, struggles and mysteries that have unfolded over the centuries. A strictly "noir" aperitif, will create a perfect atmosphere to learn about the true story of one of the most fascinating cities in Italy

What You’ll Experience

Meeting with a private tour guide licensed in Florence, for an original sunset tour in its historic center, in order to discover crimes, plots, murders, conspiracies and acts of violence that marked the city between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Before starting the walk, you will taste a "Bloody Mary" and you will be introduced to a particular historical period: from the fights between the Guelphs and Ghibellines to the Pazzi conspiracy, from the hanging and stake of Girolamo Savonarola to the most criminal member of the Medici family. During the tour you will appreciate the history of the "dark side" of the beautiful city of Florence, admiring some famous places and others less known: the Palazzo del Bargello, once a prison, the statue of Perseus with the head of Medusa by Benvenuto Cellini under the Loggia dei Lanzi, the "acculata stone", where insolvent debtors were chained to a pole and beaten repeatedly on the bare buttocks and much more ...
