• In case of useful info at the meeting point, further assistance during the tour, communication of any delay, only for the day of the tour, please contact us at the phone number on your voucher.
• The historic winery is located within a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Parking is available approximately 80 meters from the cellar, in Piazza Trieste, outside the restricted area.
• Guests with mobility limitations will visit the main cellar located at street level and will not descend to the underground cellar at a depth of 16 meters.
• Guests are kindly requested to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances prior to the experience
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
