What You’ll Experience

1

Corinth Canal

The Corinth Canal is one of Greece’s most striking engineering landmarks. Visitors can watch enormous ships pass through a narrow waterway cut straight through the rock, connecting the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea. The canal is 6.4 km long, only 21 meters wide, and its steep limestone walls rise up to 79 meters high — creating a dramatic visual effect. From the bridges above, you get an impressive view straight down the canal, especially when a ship is navigating the tight passage. The area also offers bungee jumping during certain seasons for thrill-seekers. Around the site, visitors can explore viewpoints, cafés, and spots perfect for photos. It’s a quick stop, but an unforgettable one, giving a glimpse of both natural beauty and bold 19th-century engineering.

Barafakas winery

Barafakas Winery is a family-run estate in the heart of Nemea, one of Greece’s most famous wine regions. Visitors can tour the vineyards, learn about local varieties like Agiorgitiko, and see how the wines are crafted in the modern cellar. Tastings take place in a welcoming setting with views of the surrounding hills, offering a chance to sample elegant reds, refreshing whites, and limited-production labels. It’s a relaxed stop that combines tradition, local flavor, and genuine Greek hospitality. Our estate was officially founded in 1999 by Christos Barafakas, a third-generation viticulturist. His father and grandfather were also vine growers. In addition to producing wine from their privately owned vineyards, they also made "souma" (a traditional Greek distilled spirit) from wine lees, which they purchased directly from winemakers' barrels.

Domaine Skouras Winery

Skouras Estate is located on the northeastern side of the Peloponnese, in the region of Argolida, just a few kilometers from the town of Nafplio, in the village of Malandreni. It is a state-of-the-art winemaking facility nestled among vineyards, designed with simple Greek architectural lines and built with two main purposes in mind: To ensure an impeccable winemaking process, maintaining the highest standards throughout all stages of production, bottling, aging, and wine preservation. To offer an exceptional visitor experience, with spaces designed to host, educate, entertain, and immerse guests in the world of wine. The winery consists of the following areas: The impressive cellar housing 1,000 oak barrels, maintained at a steady temperature of +15°C and 70% humidity, where the wines age under ideal conditions. Here, time, patience, expertise, and numerous tastings guarantee the high quality of every barrel, every bottle, every glass, every sip.
