This blending experience is perfect for wine lovers of all levels – whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or just starting to explore the world of wine. Come join us for an unforgettable interactive experience of red wine blending and education! We require a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 14 to run this experience.

You will taste and blend your own bottle of wine to take home with you.

Join us for a hands-on blending experience, creating your own unique bottle of wine to take home. Our wine educators will guide you through the process of selecting and blending different varietals to create a wine that perfectly suits your taste. You’ll get to experiment with different blending ratios until you find the perfect combination. Along the way, you’ll learn about the characteristics of different grapes and how they contribute to the final product. Once you’ve created your blend, we’ll bottle it up and you’ll get to take it home with you as a one-of-a-kind souvenir of your experience. And of course, you’ll also get to enjoy a glass or two of your creation as you work. This event is for adults 18+ only and no children are permitted.

Absolutely incredible

Declan was absolutely awesome. He came out to meet us, we felt very welcome, his instructional technique, pace and knowledge was beyond reproach. We had such an amazing experience and what an incredible space they have created to showcase winemaking. More importantly I have been going to the hunter for wine and wine tasting for the past 14 years, do not know how I have missed this beautiful estate and he has very nice accommodations. Fantastic activity as a group

Unique experience which is not common for someone who has been tasting wine for a while! Loved it. I’d recommend it to anyone.
