We invite you to step inside our unique boutique project and discover what lies “Beyond the Ashes”—a visit that takes you to the very soul of our winery. This experience goes far beyond a conventional tour; it is a journey through time in an exclusive setting, offering a deep insight into our philosophy and volcanic identity.
Each corner of the winery has a story to tell. Guided by a tasting of four signature wines, you will uncover, in every note and nuance, the history, dedication, and volcanic character of the land and the people who cultivate it.
The wine tasting is accompanied by a light snack pairing served with each wine.
“Beyond the Ashes” is a tribute to our roots and a nod to the iconic 1999 “Cenizas de Timanfaya” wine, which marked a milestone in the Canary Islands—just as the volcanic ashes that shaped the soils continue to define the character of our wines today.
