ANIGUNYA (hello & welcome)! Step onto the sacred land of the Wonnarua people, the original custodians of the Hunter Valley, and embark on a journey like no other. Begin your morning experience with a virtual Welcome to Country Smoking Ceremony, led by Uncle Warren. Listen as Uncle Warren welcomes you to his land, sharing some history and culture of the Wonnarua Nation.
Following this immersive introduction, learn the history of our company and their 4 generations of family history in the area. Indulge in a unique Wine Tasting experience showcasing our fine sparkling wines - the Vineyard Selection Cuvée, Cellar Door Release Prosecco and Cellar Door Release Verscato. Delight your palate with a shared 'Brunch board' featuring indigenous bush foods and botanicals. Savour the flavours including Scone with Kakadu Plum Jam, Smoked Salmon with Labna and Lemon Myrtle, Hummus with Saltbush Macadamia Nut Dukkah, Cheddar & Brie with Bush Tomato Relish.
