CookingFunTaiwan暖心廚房 cuisines inherited Taiwanese mothers’ special cuisines, using vegetables and fruits that grow prosperously in Taiwan throughout all seasons go prepare delicious and healthy local delicacies. Our cuisines are not teaching lessons, but rather to chat with friends attending the courses about the ingredients of Taiwanese cuisines, such as how important the fried shallot is to Taiwan’s snack food.

Xiao Long Bao
We will start with kneading the dough for making Xiao Long Bao, the teacher has a secret to tell you on how to make the filling plump and juicy.
MAIN
Pork thick soup
Pork thick soup is one of the most representative Taiwan traditional thick soup cuisines, we will teach you Taiwan’s local delicious cuisines.
DESSERT
Bubble milk tea
The soft and chewy texture of bubble tea, come and shake out a cup of unique Taiwan’s classic hand-shaken drink.

Rd., Taipei City 10694 Special meal: Please inform in advance upon making a reservation for the course if you are vegetarian, if there are dining taboos or food allergies. Teaching language: Chinese, English and Japanese. Course recipe: Will be distributed right after completing the courses, To make the recipe, please provide the names of your partners. Class dates may change due to weather or number of participants. We will notify you in advance if any changes occur.
