Our chef will assists you discover the special spices and herbs of Indonesia, We will cook Tumpeng yellow rice , This is dishes offerings to the god at ceremony long time ago.

Our chef will share the secrets of creating a delicious java meal with you.

You’ll start off early for a morning visit to the traditional market shopping for the many ingredients . We will give little bit briefing and give hand book and the cooking fun begins.

At lunchtime, your creations are served with more insights and reviews.

Enjoy homemade hibiscus tea or traditional wedang uwuh (eucalyptus drinks).

What You’ll Experience

We will pick-up at your hotel, and then visit a local fresh food market to choose the ingredients for your cooking class. Select from the available vegetables, herbs, meat, and spices on display and experience a little of the local life in Yogyakarta. Next, visit a rice plantation and learn how the staple crop is cultivated and prepared. Soak up the scenic views of the surroundings. Continue to the traditional village of Bantul, where you will get a warm welcome from the locals on arrival. Take part in a half-day morning or afternoon cooking class and learn all the secrets of preparing food from JAVA, while expert chefs provide guidance and assistance.
