The market is its heart. Families from nearby islands and the hinterland have been bringing their produce here for generations. Seasonal vegetables, freshly caught fish, homemade cheese, and sun-dried figs. It changes with the seasons, but the rhythm never does. We'll take you through it the way a local would, without the rush and without the tourist trail.
