In the right place at the (almost) right time
Words can't really translate this experience into... Putting words in (I'm still not back to normal).
Despite a slight change in date on my side (the poor tour guide had to wait half an hour for my group the day before), Betty included me and my boys in the next group at short notice. Our (superb) guide Raphi has of course been instructed to hold this against me again and again, but this has not affected the mood. On the contrary, somehow...

Ach, das freut mich sehr zu lesen! Genau für solche Momente machen wir das, dass es unvergesslich bleibt, auch wenn mal kleine Verwechslungen passieren. Und Raphi hält sich natürlich immer gerne an meine Anweisungen. 😉 Schön, dass ihr so einen tollen Abend hattet!

Zig zag onion 🧅
On Saturday, 14.09.2024 my brother and I are on a pub crawl. The tour was led by Anna, who has long been on the Betty BBQ team. She led us through the evening with a lot of passion, wit and sympathy. It was a great night. There were only four of us but had a blast. There were delicious shots, great bars and entertainments and dance performances with locals and tourists. We might come back next year. The bars are changed over and over again, so it never gets boring.

Zick zack onion – off to the gable!
We took part in the tour on December 30th, 2023 and had a great time. It was a colorful, very nice group. The tour took us to corners and bars that we would never have found or visited otherwise. A really great event and the lovely Sofia (guide) made sure that we got back home (hotel) safely by taxi. Best wishes from Stuttgart!

Not worth it
Unfortunately, our tour guide was not very motivated and made it seem as if she wanted to go home much rather. The tour was carried out unlovingly.
It was a walk to various pubs, on a very strict schedule with no further information on Freiburg, the pubs or Betty BBQ itself.

schade, dass der Oub Crawl nicht Euren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Diese Tour ist wie in der Beschreibung deutlich angegeben ein geführter Kneipenabend, kein klassischer Stadtrundgang oder Themenführung. Der Ablauf ist bewusst strukturiert, um in mehreren Locations mit der Gruppe gemeinsam Spaß zu haben inklusive klarer Zeitfenster, damit alle etwas davon haben.
Dass Euch das als „lieblos“ oder zu straff vorkam, bedauern wir. Vielleicht hätte eine unserer anderen Touren etwa die Stadtführung mit mir persönlich besser zu Euren Erwartungen gepasst.
