It was a very unique and wonderful experience. Maria is a very cheerfull teacher, she was very patient with me. We made Dashi, Dashimaki Tamago (japanese rolled omelet) and Onigiri. She explained to me the importance of Dashi in the japanese cuisine. We was able to talk about lot of things about Japan. Being able to cook in the shrine is an unique experience.
